28/09/2022: Position name changed from Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Security Officer (CDO & CISO) to Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO)


9 March 2022 – System Administrator Fix – clause 27 – corrected Committee placeholder for the Board Executive Committee which was attaching to “Board” and “Executive Committee”.


4 March 2022 - Update all references to position ‘Chief Information and Digital Officer’ with renamed title ‘Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Security Officer’.


16 February 2022 – System Administrator Fix – fixed heading ‘Contracts Register’ which included a placeholder for the Act which broke the navigation for the document.


Administrative amendments submitted under Delegation HH15. The 'University Secretary and General Counsel' position has been separated into two positions. Functions previously assigned to the combined position have been reassigned to either/or both the new position/s as relevant. The function assigned to the combined position in clause 38 has been assigned to both the "General Counsel" and "University Secretary" positions in their separate capacities.
