Summary of Changes from Previous Version

6 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update the placeholder for Academic Senate from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.

4 March 2021 – Clauses 27, 40, 53 and 62 amended to reflect the title change for Senior Manager, Strategy and Campaigns to Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning.

30 November 2020 – the document has been amended to reflect the renamed position title Executive Director, Student Services to Executive Director, Equity, Diversity, Safety and Wellbeing.

24 October 2019 – Amended clause 71 to update the reference to the redundant position title Executive Director, Student Participation and Success to Executive Director, Student Services.

The implementation plan for the new Academic Appeals Procedures noted that a targeted review of policies with appeals provisions would be required to ensure alignment with the new published procedures. These changes involve minor amendments to two clauses to align and refer to the Academic Appeals Procedures.
