Summary of Changes from Previous Version
12 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of division/unit name from 'Information Technology Services' to 'Information Technology and Digital Services' and change of position title from 'Vice-Chancellor' to 'Vice-Chancellor and President'.
23 June 2014 - Amended policy to reflect the position title change of the DVC Corporate Strategy and Services to DVC and University Provost.
The policy has been amended to reflect the changes in the leadership and management structure, and the approved space management hierarchy which identifies the responsibilities for management and approval of space allocation. Procedural matters have been relocated from the policy statement (Section 3) to the procedures section (Section 4). The role of the Campus Development Unit in space management for external tenants has been clarified.
