Summary of Changes from Previous Version

6 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – update the placeholder for Academic Senate from the Division-based record to the Committee-based record.


5 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – Update the placeholder for the Biosafety and Radiation Safety Committee; Animal Care and Ethics Committee; Human Research Ethics Committee; and Research and Higher Degree Committee from the expired Division-based record to the Committee-based record.


30 April 2021 – System Administrator Fix – Update the placeholder for the School Academic Committee from the redundant Divisions-based record to the  Committee/Group based record.


20 April 2021 – Document updated to reflect the position title changes for the Director, Student Administration to Director, Data, Integrity, Quality and Operations.


An AQF compliance review regarding the current curriculum approval process identified some amendments required to the Honours in Bachelor Awards Policy. These amendments were included with the internal review of appeal provisions to ensure alignment with the new Academic Appeal Procedures. Changes include: - Amend Clauses (4), (28) and (43) amended as per the compliance review. - Clause (30) outdated position updated. - Amend Appeals clauses from (51) to remove duplication and align with Academic Appeals Procedures. - Part N removed as no longer required and Guidelines moved to associated information.
