Summary of Changes from Previous Version
From 2010 this Policy applies to Units of all levels. During 2009 the former policy applied to Level 2, 3, 5 & 7 Units. The policy has had an administrative amendment to remove reference to those 2009 arrangements; and to remove some additional references to expired policies that are no longer relevant.
