Summary of Changes from Previous Version

12 February 2018 – Updated the telephone number for the Privacy Officer.


An extensive review of both the Privacy Policy and Privacy Management Plan has been undertaken The revised Plan adopts a more user-friendly format and language; has updated descriptions of how the University collects, stores and uses personal or health information and takes into account changes or advances in technology, such as: 1. live streaming of graduation ceremonies and other University events and activities, where images of individuals are captured; 2. use of social media, including Yammer and Facebook; 3. Establish of the Awards Verification Service, which is publicly accessible through the University's website.
