Summary of Changes from Previous Version

27 January 2023 – Clause 22 amended to insert reference to Division of Infrastructure and Commercial which replaced the Office of Estate and Commercial with effect from 1 January 2023.

The Naming Recognition Policy and the separate Naming Recognition Procedures, which replace the Naming Policy, were approved by the Board of Trustees at its 7 December 2022 meeting [Resolution 7/12/2022:9]. This Policy now applies to commercial, contractual and sponsorship arrangements if they include naming rights. The revised Policy and Procedures have been significantly amended for clarity, improved syntax and written in plain English. The Guidelines are now available as associated information from the Naming Recognition Procedures.
