Summary of Changes from Previous Version

21 November 2016 - Policy amended to reflect unit title change of the 'Office of People and Culture' to the "Office of Human Resources".

8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.

5 August 2015 - Preliminary review completed - no changes required.

The policy has been updated to include in clauses 19 and 20 expanded categories of staff who are able to request flexible working hours as a result of amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwth). The policy also includes amendments to the purpose of the policy in clause 1 and updates to relevant laws and guidelines in clauses 46 and 47.
