Summary of Changes from Previous Version
(a) For APCAC, the reference to Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and Enterprise as Chair be deleted and replaced by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and Research.
(b) For APCAC, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor International and Development be added as a member of the committee.
(c) For all committees, the reference to Academic Registrar, or Deputy Academic Registrar, as nominee be replaced by Registrar, or Deputy Registrar, as nominee.
2 Changes to terms of reference of Research Studies Committee;College Education, Assessment and Progression Committees; and
College Research and Higher Degrees Committees to cover quality assurance of college-owned units (for example, units that are included in research higher degrees), as opposed to school-owned units.
3 Change to clarify the involvement of School Academic Committees in moderation results. In exceptional cases, as described in the "Assessment Policy: Criteria and Standards-Based Assessment", the College Education, Assessment and Progression Committee may, on the basis of evidence, and in consultation with the school, adjust the final marks for a unit. The School Academic Committee may recommend such adjustments to the College Education, Assessment and Progression Committee.
