Summary of Changes from Previous Version

19 August 2021 – Position title “Associate Librarian” retitled “Associate Director, Library Academic and Research Services”.

10 May 2021 – System Administrator Fix – updated placeholders for Board of Trustees from the Division-based record to Committee-based record.

• Policy amendments include reflecting changes in position titles and terminology. • Part A: Removal of annual membership fee for Alumni members; Extended loans ‘final year’ added to Undergraduate Honours for clarity. • Part B (4): Campus Safety and Security added in last sentence. • Part C – Services (11) & (13): additional wording for clarity. • Part E – Requests (Holds): included ‘electronic devices’ for clarity. • Part F: e-Readings and e-Readings List section removed, to be incorporated into the Library Collection Development and Access Policy. • Part G: removed ‘External Services Unit’ as no longer a defined Unit. • Part J – Courtesy Notices: statement included re non-receipt of courtesy notices.
