Summary of Changes from Previous Version

4 February 2011 - Removed references to 3 day loans which are no longer offered - Clauses 16, 25 and 33.

5 February 2008 - changes made to clarify the term day when used as a deadline or time limit. Clauses Amended: 5 b, 6 b, 12, 14, 15, 25, 29 a, 29b, 29 c, 29 d, 29 e, 33 b, 33 c. The policy has been amended to address the issue of future encumbrances in respect to students with debts in excess of $25.00 (Part N) and to make minor amendments to improve clarity and correct formatting.
