Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 7m updated to be consistent with the changes to the Museum of History NSW Bill 2022, and it's effect on the State Records Act (1998). The changes made in the Act relate to the definition of a State record, which was previously defined as "records, made and kept". The change to the Act resulted the word "kept" being removed.

Clause 25 amended in relation to the reference to business unit title "Commercial Contracts team" replaced by 'Procurement Services' for the purpose of this clause.
