Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11 March 2015 - Amended policy to delete references to the redundant position title DVC and University Provost.



12 February 2015 - Amended policy to reflect change of division/unit name from 'Information Technology Services' to 'Information Technology and Digital Services' and change of position title from 'Chief Financial Officer' to 'Vice-President, Finance and Resources'.

23 June 2014 - Change the title for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Corporate Strategy and Services to Deputy Vice-Chancellor as per Board resolution - Meeting 2014/1.15 February 2012 - the policy has been updated to reflect the new leadership and management structure effective 1 January 2012. This policy amends and replaces the existing IT Systems Implementation Policy, almost every clause has been changed. An early draft was submitted for University Community comment and the draft was significantly changed as a result.
