Summary of Changes from Previous Version

27/11/2023: Position name changed from Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Academic (DVC&VP(A)) to Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, Education (DVC&VP, Education)


15 July 2020 – typographical error in clause 6 corrected – ‘Security’.


The changes to the Policy include: a change to the title; the intent has been strengthened so as to better describe that all digital services are included (not just those installed locally); streamlined the document to make it easier to understand; and included references to new roles and processes that came about due to Shared Services.
