Summary of Changes from Previous Version

8 December 2008 - Preliminary Review Completed - Minor Changes underway.

4 July 2006 - While this version has been substantially re-written there are no major changes to policy and the basic operation of the non-academic misconduct process remains the same. A significant change has been an expansion of the provisions by which heads of unit can deal with minor matters at the local level (see Part B). In addition the DVC Corporate Services has replaced the Vice-Chancellor in the role of determining matters on the advice of the misconduct committee. Other minor changes have been made through the document in response to advice and comment received. Clauses Amended: All
