Summary of Changes from Previous Version
8 July 2016 - policy amended to reflect the official name change of the University concurrent with the change to the University's Act and By-Law.
The amendments to the policy broaden its coverage to include carrying out functions in connection with the University at places that are external to University premises, eg a pub, a private residence, in the street; and insert a new clause to provide that consensual sexual behaviour at work (such as discussing sex or kissing) might be sexual harassment if it offends someone else who sees or hears that behaviour. Amendments have also been made to replace references to 'UWS' in accordance with the University's rebranding.
