Summary of Changes from Previous Version
The policy was due for review. The overall structure and language have been updated make the policy clearer and to be consistent with other University policies. Section 1 is amended . The legislative basis of the policy has been moved to Section 1 and the new Fair Work Act 2009 has been added in. Section F What can you do if you are being sexually harassed has been amended with additional advice provided in 17 b,c,d, Clause 16 Responsibilities of Staff and Students is new Clauses Amended Policy: All
